ABC4ME
Adventure Based Courses for Mental and Emotional Health
ABC4Me is a proven program dedicated to fostering mental and emotional health in children, teenagers, and young adults. For over 30 years, our team has successfully implemented these courses in Australian schools and charity organizations. More recently, the program has expanded to schools in the UK, India, and Sri Lanka.
Designed for versatility, ABC4Me can be adapted to various settings. Its effectiveness lies in the expertise of our trained supervisors and mentors, who facilitate crucial debriefing sessions after activities. These guided discussions play a vital role in helping young people develop positive mental and emotional habits, equipping them with essential life skills for the future.

Helping to Families to relieve the pressures of financial disavantage.
Addressing the Link Between Financial Hardship and Mental Wellbeing
Poverty, financial crises, and instability can significantly impact mental and emotional (M.E.) health. For children, teenagers, and young adults, these challenges can be even more overwhelming, increasing the risk of poor mental wellbeing.
Even in the best circumstances, supporting young people in developing strong mental and emotional health is invaluable. Unfortunately, many miss out on these vital resources due to financial barriers or geographic limitations. That’s where ABC4ME steps in—providing essential M.E. support to those who need it most.
Offered to schools and charity groups as a fundraising initiative, ABC4Me not only benefits participants but also helps sustain our Public Benevolent Institution (PBI). 100% of the program’s profits are reinvested to support others in need, ensuring that every contribution creates a ripple effect of positive change.
