Our Commitment

The collaborative connection between a supervisor and a supervisee is important to our professional supervision. An agreement to enhance professional development and quality service delivery formalises the partnership. We advise that you give permission to engage with interactions that allow you to tap into their knowledge, skills, and experience. This expedition, like those of famous prior explorers, demands collaboration. However, we recognise that you are in control of your path. We offer a variety of tools to help you get to where you need to go. Our supervisors will walk alongside you to support you in making sound decisions.

Our Supervisors offer clients who come to us a sympathetic, nonjudgmental ear. Personal information is kept private. You and your supervisor can work through challenging emotions in a safe environment that allows you to manage job-related situations

Our Supervisors are educated on the legal and ethical consequences of their position. Supervisors have proved expertise in supervision and are constantly improving their abilities. 

Our Supervisors will construct working agreements outlining Supervisees’ duty for their ongoing learning and self-monitoring. Both the supervisor and the supervisee are responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the supervision arrangement on a regular basis and revising it as needed. Both our Supervisors and you are responsible for establishing and maintaining clear boundaries between working relationships, friendships, and other interactions, as well as making explicit the limits between supervision, consultation, therapy, and training.

Country Community is always looking for ways to improve professional growth, including, when possible, specialist training in the development of supervision abilities. Supervisors benefit from oversight that keeps track of all ethical issues.

Our Supervisors value and respect supervisees and clients as individuals, regardless of origin, status, gender, sexual orientation, age, or belief. Supervisors must not monetarily, sexually, emotionally, or in any other way exploit the supervisee. There are persons you can talk to if you have a problem about your supervisor’s professional behaviour. We encourage all of our members to ask our team questions, difficulties, and/or uncertainties.
